Version 7.3.6 brings the whole 7.3 feature set to customers on 7.2.6. That includes a new Microsoft Word add-in for proposal writing, pipeline management with Kanban boards, stage gates and timelines, new dashboards, in-app notifications and threaded comments. It also adds SharePoint Site Access Control and Archive Reasons.

- Write proposal sections directly in Word, linked to your Proposal Outline. You choose the section and where to write before you start.

- Rephrase and simplify paragraphs, and use Visi in Creator mode, without leaving Word.

- Clicking a paragraph or suggestion in the panel takes you to it in the document, and the reverse works too.

- An Outline tab in the add-in. Headings you add in Word now show up in the Proposal Outline.

- A new save flow: pick a workspace, autosave, and use "Continue without linking" for a quick start. Admins can set the autosave interval for each installation.

- **Protection for multiple people editing at once.** The add-in shows when someone else is editing, keeps the web app read-only while a document is open in Word, and blocks syncing from an out-of-date Word file. Banners give you clear ways to recover.

- Setup guidance, an installation instructions page, an About panel that shows the deployed versions, and a Sign Up link on the cloud login page.

- Kanban boards for Tracked Opportunities and Proposals, with stages you can configure and drag-and-drop between.

- Stage gates in soft, hard or off modes, with gate questions you can configure. Gate responses are saved as audit history.

- Timeline view for opportunities and proposals. It shows deadlines and stage changes, and you can export it to CSV.

- Ownership: assign users from the card, the list or the detail view. Detail pages now use a card-based layout.

- Estimated Value, Awarded Value and External Link on opportunities. Edit panels are aligned across SAM.gov, Find a Tender, eBuy and manual opportunities, and there's a new eBuy contract vehicle filter.

-Currency management: set a default currency per workspace and maintain conversion rates. Converted amounts appear on detail pages, dashboards and Excel exports.

-CSV export for the Tracked Opportunities, Proposals and Contracts list views.

-BD/Capture Dashboard with widgets for pipeline funnel, value by customer, best-fit spread, time in stage, pipeline by owner, archived opportunities and more. Each widget expands and can be exported.

- Proposals Dashboard with widgets for value by stage, assignments, section status, a due-date timeline, notifications and recent activity.

- In-app notifications for assignments, stage changes, deadlines, new documents, comments and changes to assigned outline documents. You can configure the triggers.

- Threaded comments with @mentions on items, Compare Doc results, acronym report entries and outline sections, including bulk comments. Existing report notes are migrated across automatically.

-Activity and Usage Stats, redesigned: a workspace activity feed, activity tabs on each item, usage broken down by area and by user, an All Workspaces view for admins, and CSV export. Activity rows have a "Go to Location" action.

- Redesigned Outline and Coverage tabs, with trace indicators, a requirement details drawer and a three-pane Coverage layout.

- Section status and assignees, which carry down to sub-sections. The outline also shows how up to date each linked document is.

- Combine into one document: generate a single Word document, styled with a template you choose.

- Word style templates: upload, manage and apply house styles. Every workspace starts with a default template.

- Outline export to Excel.

-SharePoint Site Access Control: administrators approve exactly which SharePoint sites VisibleThread can reach. The restriction applies to browsing, search, imports and the Word add-in.

- SharePoint credentials are masked in the configuration screens, and each SharePoint sign-in is tied to the user and browser that started it.

- Visi has inline source references, a Stop button to cancel a running prompt, and refinements to the chat panel. Citations now survive a page refresh.

- On-premise customers can configure LiteLLM as an LLM provider.

- When you archive an opportunity, proposal, contract or Misc Analysis, you can record why. Reasons can be edited later, and they're kept if an item is unarchived and archived again.
