Some of our users have reported issues with printing the PDF reports generated by VisibleThread in color. The PDF when opened in Adobe Reader appears in color but when printed on a color printer, only prints in black and white.

This is usually caused by an issue with a printer driver, for example some users have reported the issue while accessing their browser using the VMWare Thin Client due an issue with the VMWare Thin Client printer drivers.

A potential workaround is as follows:

1. Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader

2. Select, File->Print

3. In the print dialog click on the 'Advanced' button

4. Check the checkbox beside 'Print As Image'

5. Click 'OK' and then click 'Print' to print the document
